Matador Red, the pen.
A passionate red fountain pen inspired by the drama that takes place in the bullring
A "matador" is the main performer in a bullfighting event, a sport performed in Spain and its neighboring countries since the 18th century.
What do you think of when you hear the word "bullfighting"? The red flannel cloth that the matador uses in the final scene? The very bullfighter who twirls the cloth with such brilliance? Or is it the sight of the fighting bull rushing at its matador?
“Matador Red" is a BUNGUBOX original ink that was first released in May of 2012. It was a color inspired by the passionate fighting spirit, the courage, the passion, and the drama that takes place in the bullring. This winter, we are releasing a fountain pen encapsulating the spirit of this ink.
Matador Red, the pen, is for those who are seeking the strength to fight the common battle against the global pandemic. It is also for all the essential workers who are courageously fighting the virus on the frontline. It is a pen filled with passion, sure to give you strength and courage.
