Important Notice: Discontinuation of our Point System

Thank you for your continued support of BUNGUBOX.

We are writing to inform you that we will be discontinuing our Point System for both our physical stores and our online shop on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

We sincerely thank you for using this service over the years and apologize for the sudden nature of this announcement. Please find the schedule and details regarding your remaining points below.

 

1. Schedule

⚫︎End of Point Accrual (Earning Points): Sunday, May 31, 2026

　　⚪︎Physical store: Until closing time

　　⚪︎Online Store: Until 23:59 JST.

⚫︎End of Point Redemption (Usage): Friday, June 26, 2026

　　⚪︎Physical store: Until closing time

　　⚪︎Online Store: Until 23:59 JST.

2. Handling of existing points

You may continue to use your points as 1 point = 1 yen at our physical stores and online store until June 26, 2026.

Note: Any points not used by this date will automatically expire on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

 

3. Special benefit for customers with balances of over 1,000 Points

Customers who still have a balance of 1,000 points or more after the June 26 deadline will receive a "Special Coupon" equivalent to your remaining point value, valid for a single purchase.

⚫︎Eligibility: Customers with at least 1,000 points as of June 26, 2026.

⚫︎Coupon Validity: From issuance until December 31, 2026 (23:59 JST).

⚫︎Delivery: Coupon codes will be sent individually via email.

　⚫︎Important: Balances under 1,000 points are not eligible for coupons and will expire. Please ensure you use smaller balances 　　before the June 26 deadline.
