The turbulent waves fall silent, and the sea reflects the sky like a mirror.

The Maki-e half-moon on the finial is a symbol of "harmony," where light and shadow coexist as equals.

The understated pattern of marbled ebonite, and its quiet presence, release you from the clamor of everyday life.

It is as if a time of "nagi" - a tranquil calm - is gently passing by.

The night of the Half Moon (OLE) is a time to pause and listen to your inner voice.

To gather your thoughts and soothe the waves of your heart.

※MAHINA is Hawaiian for "Moon", and OLE is Hawaiian for "Half Moon".  Nalu is Hawaiian for "Wave"

※ The smooth, warm texture of natural ebonite grows ever more familiar with use, deepening in luster and character as it records your personal history.

※ Because each piece uses marbled ebonite made from natural materials, the wave-like patterns vary from pen to pen — each offering a unique design where no two pens are alike.

100 pieces of the Half Moon will be created in total. BUNGUBOX will be selling 80 pieces of these, which will be made available in two separate lots of 50 and 30.
