Due to the implementation of new customs regulations in the United States, we have been notified by our shipping carriers that there is currently a delay in shipments clearing customs in the United States.

We have also been informed that starting this Monday, April 21, 2025, there will be a change in customs clearance procedures for items destined for individual customers.

BUNGUBOX uses DHL, FedEx, EMS, and other shipping methods to deliver products to our customers, but there is a possibility that the arrival of the products may be delayed due to the above-mentioned situation. Please be assured that we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep with the least interruptions possible.

Currently, according to the information from each shipping company, the following situation exists. Please take note of the following precautions and make arrangements accordingly.

・For personal shipments from BUNGUBOX: For shipments exceeding US$800, the shipping method may be limited to EMS or FedEx.

・Importing goods in excess of US$800.00 will incur customs duty in the United States, which you will be required to pay.

・The customs duty will vary depending on the price of the purchased goods.
