【Introduction to Takayuki Suzuki of Tsuduriya】 Born in Furukawa, Miyagi Prefecture in 1971. His parents were captivated by the mountains of Shinshu (Nagano Prefecture), and he moved to Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, in his early childhood.

"I am always thinking about how to put the feel, the touch of the trees and air in the nature of Shinshu into my work. Influenced by the inspiration I received in the nature of Shinshu, I pursue fine details and texture with passion and impulse."

He consistently incorporates new materials, primarily ebonite and precious woods, to create works that pursue a comfortable feel and the beauty of the materials. His creations blend classical and modern sensibilities, offering comfort and warmth unique to handmade items. They are highly regarded among stationery enthusiasts both in Japan and abroad.
