#3776 Century "Kinugumo" PLATINUM

The Fuji Unkei (literally "Fuji Cloudscape") series is inspired by the beautiful sight of Mount Fuji and the clouds that float around it. This concept is brought to life through a variety of unique decorative techniques. The third pen in this series is the "Kinugumo" (Cirrus Cloud).

The "Kinugumo" is a one-of-a-kind pen that expresses the delicate and dynamic nature of cirrus clouds, which are thin and wispy like silk. This is achieved using two metal engraving techniques: "Kosen-bori" (ray carving) and "V-ha Chokoku" (V-blade carving). By intentionally leaving some areas uncarved, the design enhances the feeling of clouds floating across the sky.

The pen's barrel is a translucent, slightly muted blue-green, evoking the crisp, clear air of autumn when cirrus clouds often appear.

Special Features & Design
Fuji Nut: A small, iconic Mount Fuji nut is fitted inside the cap's dome, a familiar feature of the Fuji series. Each nut is engraved with a unique serial number.

Two-Tone Design: The pen features a two-tone color scheme. The body showcases the beautifully engraved cirrus clouds on a transparent base, while the cap and section are a translucent, muted blue-green.

Nib and Section: The pen is fitted with a 14k gold rhodium-finished nib, which provides a smooth, elegant writing experience. It is available in three sizes: Extra-Fine, Fine, and Medium. The section is also a transparent blue-green that matches the cap.

Each "#3776 Century Fuji Unkei 'Kinugumo'" pen comes with a special 20ml bottle of ink named "Nishiki-oru Fuji" (Brocade-Weaving Fuji). This ink, specially blended to celebrate the pen's release, is inspired by the stunning autumn colors that blanket the mountains around Mount Fuji. The ink has a golden sheen that, when viewed in the right light, looks like a brocade-woven carpet.
