The Beak Point is a pecial grind offered by Mr. Yukio Nagahara, a.k.a. The Nib Shaper.
Mr. Nagahara was the official pen doctor at Sailor for many years before going independent.
The Beak Point offers a fine line when held normally, and a thick line when flipped upside down. It is a grind that allows for wide line variation depending on the side of the nib you use to write with.

・Please understand the following warrenty constraints when ordering this nib.
・Any issues you find with the nib will be handled by Mr. Nagahara, not the manufacturer of the pen.
・Given that the nibs are part of a limited release and may have original engravings or platings, there maybe situations where servicing the nib may require the replacement of the original nib with a standard manufacturer nib. You will be informed of this before the replacement, but please understand the risk.
